At present, we only ship within Australia and specific areas of New Zealand. We encourage you to revisit our shipping policies periodically, as we may expand our services to include international destinations in due course.
While we do offer free shipping to most areas, certain remote locations or areas with high shipping costs may require us to offer subsidised shipping. In these cases, we cover the majority of the shipping fee and only charge a percentage of the fee to our customers.
It is possible that the item is in pre-order status, so we kindly ask that you check the listing to confirm. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Additionally, please ensure that your email and delivery details were entered correctly.
If you require express delivery, kindly contact our customer service center. Please note that any additional shipping fees associated with this service will be at your expense.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify your shipping destination once it is en route.
We can deliver to PO Boxes via Australia Post, with some exceptions, provided that the items are eligible for such delivery.
Note: products weighing less than 22kg and measuring less than 1 meter in length can be delivered to PO Box addresses. For larger items, please provide a correct physical address during checkout.
Once your payment has been processed, we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours.
Delivery times may vary. Generally, please allow approximately 3-10 business days for the product to arrive depending on your location.
