13 July 2026: a quicker and more secure way to sign in
From Monday 13 July, we're upgrading how you sign in to your Vicoffroad account.
What's changing: instead of a password, you'll sign in with your email and a one-time code we send you. It's faster, more secure, and there are no more forgotten passwords or resets.
What's not changing: your account stays exactly as it is. Your order history, details and saved information all carry over, and you don't need to do anything to get ready.
How to sign in from 13 July:
- Enter your email on the account page.
- We'll send a 6-digit code to your inbox.
- Enter the code and you're in.
