Damage from operating the product outside the manufacturer's instructions.

How to claim: Submit a claim through the Vicoffroad website with proof of purchase. Customer service reviews each claim case by case and may request a photo. A return label is issued if the product needs to be returned for assessment.

This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is not transferable on resale. It is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

PO Box: This item can be delivered to a PO Box. If your cart also contains items that need a street address, please use a street address for the full order.

Dispatch: We send your order within 1 business day.
