Will this fit my panel?

Fits aluminium-framed solar panels with sides of 30cm or more

This bracket kit fits any aluminium-framed solar panel with sides of 30cm or more. It does not suit foldable solar blankets or panels with non-aluminium frames.

Panel size: Sides must measure 30cm or longer. Use the 4 corner mounts at each panel corner, plus the 2 side mounts mid-edge for extra hold on longer panels.

Surface compatibility: Mounts to caravan, RV, boat, canopy or trailer rooftops. Bonds to flat or gently curved surfaces.

Installation: Drill-free by default. The brackets bond to the panel with adhesive, then bond to your roof. If you prefer to drill, all fixing positions are pre-marked on the brackets.

Cable entry: Includes one IP65 waterproof cable block for routing solar wiring through the roof without leaks.

12 months warranty

For a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund. For minor failures, the goods will be repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

What's covered: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use.

What's not covered: Normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance. Incorrect voltage, power surges, or voltage supply problems. Tampering, unauthorised repairs, or use of defective or incompatible accessories. Natural disasters or other external causes. Damage from operating the product outside the manufacturer's instructions.

How to claim: Submit a claim through the Vicoffroad website with proof of purchase. Customer service reviews each claim case by case and may request a photo. A return label is issued if the product needs to be returned for assessment.

This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is not transferable on resale. It is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
