How to claim: Submit a claim through the Vicoffroad website with proof of purchase. Customer service reviews each claim case by case and may request a photo. A return label is issued if the product needs to be returned for assessment.

This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is not transferable on resale. It is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Pickup: Local pickup is available from our Altona warehouse (Victoria). Pay online, and we'll email you when your order is ready to collect.
