Tampering, unauthorised repairs, or use of defective or incompatible accessories. Natural disasters or other external causes. Damage from operating the product outside the manufacturer's instructions.

How to claim: Submit a claim through the Vicoffroad website with proof of purchase. Customer service reviews each claim case by case and may request a photo. A return label is issued if the product needs to be returned for assessment.

This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is not transferable on resale. It is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping Most of Australia: This item ships free to most postcodes across Australia. A small fee applies for Darwin and remote islands. Express shipping is available as a paid upgrade at checkout. Use the shipping calculator above to see the combined shipping fee for all items in your cart.
