This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is not transferable on resale. It is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping & Delivery

PO Box: This item can't be delivered to a PO Box. Please use a street address at checkout.

Dispatch: We send your order within 1 business day.

Delivery: We deliver every order direct to your door. Most orders arrive in 2 to 12 business days, sent via Australia Post or courier depending on size and weight. We'll email you a tracking number once your order is on the way.

Pickup: Local pickup is available from our Altona warehouse (Victoria). Pay online, and we'll email you when your order is ready to collect.

In-stock items are usually ready within 2 hours. Pre-sale items are ready within 3 business days of stock arriving.

New Zealand Orders: We ship to New Zealand. Your shipping fee is calculated at checkout, so add your items to the cart to see it. We'll email you a tracking number once your order is on the way.

30 Day Returns
